DTCOPPS is an independent consulting and advisory service for early-stage DTC fashion brand founders. All services offered — including the Brand Audit Call, Growth Blueprint, and Growth + Ops Mentorship — are advisory in nature.

DTCOPPS is not:

•       A marketing or advertising agency

•       A performance marketing or paid media service

•       A financial advisor or chartered accountant

•       A legal advisor or law firm

•       A business partner, co-founder, or equity holder in your brand

Any guidance, recommendation, or framework shared through DTCOPPS services represents the professional opinion of the advisor based on the information provided. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

This applies to all services without exception, including:

•       Brand Audit Call — the booking fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the call took place, the outcome of the call, or your satisfaction with the session.

•       Growth Blueprint — the fee is non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of whether the deliverable has been received, reviewed, or acted upon.

•       Growth + Ops Mentorship — monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, including partial months or unused sessions within that period.

No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with advice received, disagreement with recommendations, or the inability to implement guidance provided.

By completing your booking, you agree to the following:

•       The booked time slot is reserved exclusively for you. It cannot be offered to another person once confirmed.

•       Cancellation requests will not be accepted after booking confirmation, regardless of the reason.

•       Rescheduling requests will not be accommodated. If you are unable to attend your booked slot for any reason, the session is forfeited and no replacement session or refund will be provided.

•       The booking cannot be transferred to another person, another date, or another service.

For Growth Blueprint and Mentorship engagements, call schedules are agreed upon mutually. However, payments remain non-refundable as stated in Section 2.

Brand Audit Call

The Brand Audit Call is a focused advisory conversation. It does not guarantee:

•       The identification of any specific problem, gap, or growth blocker in your business.

•       Any written output, report, or follow-up documentation unless separately agreed upon.

•       Business improvement, revenue growth, or any measurable change in your brand's performance.

The value of the call depends on the accuracy and completeness of information you share, your engagement during the session, and your willingness to act on guidance received.

Growth Blueprint

The Growth Blueprint is a written strategic advisory document. It does not guarantee:

•       Business results, revenue growth, or profitability improvements.

•       That the recommendations will be applicable, achievable, or suitable for your specific context.

•       Any specific outcome from implementation of the recommendations.

All recommendations are advisory and based on information shared by you. Implementation is entirely your responsibility.

Growth + Ops Mentorship

The mentorship engagement does not guarantee:

•       Achievement of any revenue target, including any figure referenced in marketing materials such as Rs. 10L/month.

•       Profitability, business growth, or any specific measurable outcome.

•       That the advisory support provided will result in the resolution of all business challenges.

Revenue targets and milestones referenced in DTCOPPS marketing content are illustrative examples only and are not contractual commitments or guarantees of any kind.

Business outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside DTCOPPS's control, including market conditions, product quality, competition, client execution, consumer behaviour, and economic factors.

You, the client, are solely responsible for all business decisions made before, during, and after any engagement with DTCOPPS. Specifically:

•       All decisions to act on, modify, or ignore any advice or recommendation from DTCOPPS are made at your own risk and discretion.

•       DTCOPPS accepts no liability for losses, damages, or negative outcomes arising from business decisions made by you, whether or not those decisions were influenced by DTCOPPS guidance.

•       You are responsible for verifying the applicability and accuracy of any guidance in the context of your specific business, market, and circumstances.

•       You are responsible for seeking independent financial, legal, or professional advice where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTCOPPS, its founder, affiliates, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

•       Your use of or inability to use any DTCOPPS service.

•       Any business decision made based on DTCOPPS guidance or recommendations.

•       Any outcome or lack thereof following any DTCOPPS service.

•       Any loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity.

In any event, the total liability of DTCOPPS shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
